DJB undertook the complex disposal of a 2.1 acre depot site for Bristol Water PLC, releasing £3m of funds. This was complicated by a number of issues with the title, including environmental obligations.
DJB secured a new Head Of ce and manufacturing plant for Frugalpac Limited, an innovative company developing recyclable products.
DJB acted for the Ministry of Defence in securing the release of an Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 tenancy prior to marketing land for sale and redevelopment. The property was sold at auction for over 5 times the guide price.
DJB advised a European Courier Company on two new leases of large industrial units near the East Midlands Airport.
DJB advised The Brewery on Chiswell Street, a multimillion pound events hosting business in London, on the negotiation of a new lease from their investor landlord, providing niche advice on refurbishment plans for underground vaults.
