1) Encounter with God at the Ark of the Covenant

When the lust of flesh and mind of the soul wastes

away and the spirit begins to act, you will begin to meet with
God there. God has been waiting for your spirit to be stirred.

The wait of God was necessary, because God interacts only
through the spirit.

That very God is within the Ark of the Covenant.
If you are to enter the Ark of the Cove-nant, you will meet

the One residing in it. You will also encounter the mighty
glory of God. In that very place, conversation with God will

happen, and the Lord will be there as well.
You might be aware of the fact that Moses spoke with God

in front of the atonement cover, face to face. This is how
Moses describes speaking with God, face to face.

“And you shall put the mercy seat on the top of the ark, and

in the ark you shall put the testimony that I shall give you.
There I will meet with you, and from above the mercy seat,

from between the two cherubim that are on the ark of the
testimony, I will speak with you about all that I will give you

in commandment for the people of Israel.” (Exodus 25:21-
–22 NIV)
