ABOUT THE SCARLET KNIGHTS
Rutgers looks to rebound from a pair of tightly contested losses against ranked and undefeated
opponents last weekend in No. 4 UConn and No. 17 St. Joe's. The team continues to be led offensively
by Austyn Cuneo, who has team-highs in goals (four), assists (two) and points (10). She currently paces
the Big Ten Conference in goals per game (1.0) and points per game (2.5). The team is also sixth in the
nation in penalty corners per game (6.5). The Scarlet Knights have played three of their four games
thus far against ranked teams, and that continues with No. 9 Delaware this Friday. The streak stretches
to seven of their first nine games against ranked foes, including five currently in the top-10. Rutgers has
enjoyed success playing on its home field, where the team returns Friday. At home, the
Scarlet Knights have won five straight, 11 of their past 13 and 16 of their past 20.
