PISCATAWAY, N.J. – No. 21 Rutgers field hockey battled a top-ranked team to the wire but was edged
1-0 on a second half goal by No. 9 Delaware (5-0). The game was the third straight contest against a
ranked opponent for the Scarlet Knights and the fourth in five games.
