                                                        Abstract
Eyesist is an application that focuses on blind, visually impaired and low vision people. This app will
replace the usage of the blind stick, and only use their phone as the new era of the blind stick. Eyesist
will access the phone’s camera and utilizing it as their eyes, this app also will alert and speak with the
user through the telephone’s speaker. All of this is controlled by the automated artificial intelligence
(A.I) that is coded together inside the application. Eyesist applications are created to overcome blind
people’s daily basis problems, as blind, visually impaired and low vision people are often neglected
and set aside by society. Our goals are to bring sight to the blind and low vision people to see the
               world together.

                                                       Introduction
Eyesist is an application that focuses on blind, visually impaired, and low vision people. This app will
replace the usage of the blind stick, and only use their phone as the new era of the blind stick. Eyesist
will access the phone’s camera and utilizing it as their eyes. This app also will alert and speak with the
user through the phone’s speaker. All of this is controlled by the automated artificial intelligence (A.I)
that is coded together inside the application. Akkara and Kuriakose (2019) stated that Technology is
rapidly advancing, and visually impaired people would find it difficult to use complex technology.
Therefore, this application is very user-friendly because of its features. This product can help blind
people to carry out daily activities in an easy way. All blind people also want to live happily just like
the others, like going out to buy some groceries, do their important tasks and chores. By using this
application, it can solve blind people's problems. According to studies by Boraston and Blakemore
(2007), they suggest that eye-tracking techniques have the potential to offer insight into the
downstream difficulties in everyday social interaction. It would enrich the traditional methods of
measuring the visual search (Krassanakis, Filippakopoulou & Nakos, 2011). This application
functions just like google navigation, it can navigate blind people with a camera, and they just give a
command to the AI on their phone, it will lead to go everywhere that they want.

                                                   Problem Statement
According to The Malaysian National Eye Survey (NES), Blindness and vision impairment rates in
Malaysia are comparable to those in other Southeast Asian countries. However, although being easily
curable, cataracts and uncorrected refractive errors remain the leading causes of blindness, indicating
the need for an assessment of the country's accessibility and availability of eye care services, as well
as the impediments to their usage. These studies show that there will be a problem such as accidents
and a lot more caused by and visual impairment or blind people since there are a few to no solutions
to overcome visual impairment. Another problem, because of the lack of ability to see clearly, people
took advantage of them for example, robbing them, bullies, and many more.
