Eyesist Navigation systems
How does the user access the navigation system on Eyesist? This application requires the user to turn
on the GPS on their phone to access the Eyesist navigation system. When the GPS is already turned
on, it will automatically locate the user location and the user can enter their desired destination.

Eyesist navigation system will automatically measure the distance and the shortest route for the user.
Eyesist navigation system will self-activate the camera feature from the user’s phone. This will allow
the AI to assist the user to reach their desired destination easily and safely.

As mentioned before, this application will help a lot of blind, visually impaired, and low vision
people, as our application mainly focuses on bringing sight to these types of people.

Commercialisation Potential
Our application target market is mainly blind, visually impaired and low vision users. Our application
market segmentation only focuses on three segmentation which is geographic, demographic and
psychographic segmentation only. Eyesist applications are using concentrated targeting strategy or
niche marketing as our marketing strategy. This strategy is used to select one segment of a market for
our target marketing efforts, we concentrate only on blind, visually impaired and low vision
individuals as our target market segment. Eyesist application prices are estimated to be sold at very
affordable prices, as we plan to bring our Eyesist application initiative to be under the government and
Ministry of Health. The user only has to pay our application once installed, and there is no payment
incurred after the application is purchased. Eyesist selling price is estimated to be RM 100 or 24.15
USD for a lifetime.
