Problem Statement
Most people in this world will face the same problem which they cannot cook not just because they
are impatient but because they haven't acquired a knowledge of the skills that is necessary to make
something edible out of ingredients and a recipe. Some of them don’t even have the time to think
about what to cook and plan it wisely nor do they know how to figure the way out so that they can
enjoy cooking. They get demotivated way earlier before they even start to cook because lacking time
and energy. Yokoi et al. (2015) stated that as the number of cooking recipes posted on the Web
increases, it becomes difficult to find a cooking recipe that a user needs. Moreover, even if it can be
done, it is still difficult for users to arrange the cooking recipe, for example, by replacing ingredients
with different ones. Therefore, the What To ‘Masak; application was created to overcome that
problem.
