Using passion and expertise

To Grow Our Industry

For those of you who know me well, you know I am fanatical about a few things: my family, Boy Scouts, getting my golf
handicap lower, and being a global ambassador for our industry. I work on all of these constantly and it has given me great
joy (all except the golf, which is a disaster on any given day).

I have been fortunate to be a global traveler my entire life. Working in and out of more than 20 countries over these years really
has given me amazing insight into the diversity of business practices. Getting to “yes” in Japan is completely different than it is
in Italy, India, or Indiana for that matter. However, the fundamentals are always the same: how can I, representing my company,
help you, representing your company, in such a way that our respective customers see greater value when we work together?

The RCI and The Registry Collection North American business
development team is an outstanding organization of shared
ownership industry and hospitality veterans that have come
together to grow the luxury segment concept in the region by
offering consulting services and exchange solutions all the while
keeping that fundamental business practice in mind. In this
issue we will introduce you (or reacquaint some of you) to a few
of the business development directors who represent the U.S.,
Canada and the Caribbean for The Registry Collection.

Also in this issue you’ll hear from one of our newest affiliates At a recent strategic planning session for The Registry Collection program with Hilton
