German Rojas

Director, Business Development, Spanish Speaking Caribbean
German and his team are responsible for developing new and existing business partnerships for RCI
and The Registry Collection program within Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and elsewhere in the
Caribbean and for strengthening the company’s presence in this growing market.
Throughout his 15 year tenure at RCI and The Registry Collection, German has held several positions,
from call center representative to resort services. In his current role, he uses his passion and expertise
in the hospitality industry to build strong business relationships.
German’s previous working experience included financial advisory in the FOREX market. He studied
Business Management at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. He was born and raised in Mexico
City, and has been based out of Cancun, Mexico for the last 13 years.

John Dishinger

Director, Business Development, English Speaking Caribbean

John is a 25 year veteran at RCI, joining in 1991. In his current role as director of Business Development
for the English Speaking Caribbean region, he and his team are responsible for developing new
business relationships and managing current affiliations for both RCI and The Registry Collection.
He graduated with a sales and marketing degree from Ball State Universty.
John started in the call center, and has experience in a variety of sales and training positions. He joined
the Business Development team in 1998, and became an integral part of the Caribbean region’s team
two years later. John spent four years living and working in Cancun overseeing the Caribbean region.
He took on his current role in 2009. He is based in the Orlando office.
