Q: Why did you choose to affiliate with The Registry Collection?
A: It’s simple. Joining The Registry Collection was all about allowing our owners to have other vacation
options. Our owners want to travel to places similar to our own.
Q: What impact do you think your affiliation with The Registry Collection will have on your sales
and operations?
A: I feel the impact to our sales and operations will be substantial in many ways. I feel that we can sell
25% to 35% more in the upcoming years. People like to travel and explore other places and we now give
them these great options. The quality of the other resorts is very important to us, and the other
properties [in The Registry Collection program’s network] are just as great as ours is.
Q: What amenities and services do you find are most important to luxury travelers?
A: Luxury travel is all about high quality choices. People want to do more than one great activity. Our
activities cater to all family members and ages. Golf is our biggest amenity, but our other amenities
are just as important in many ways. People love to play in our lake and water park on sunny days.
