The centre has now doubled in size to over 170,000 ft2 of space,
housing a combination of retail as well as food & beverage outlets.

Our scope within the project included the installation of a new site
wide electrical infrastructure network, providing additional power
requirements for each tenant.

Our works also included a comprehensive upgrade of the life
safety systems, standby generation, lighting and security systems.

The project was completed over 6 staged handovers starting with
the new multi storey car park which opened up the necessary
space to construct the new retails and re-model the concourse
areas within the centre.

It was a requirement of the management of the centre that all
retailers could continue to trade during the construction.

The next phase of the project is the new build of 100 residential
apartments on the roof of the centre.
