Project Profile
A project for ExxonMobil Global Services consisting
of two 3-story office buildings in a 15 acre campus
located in Ogle on the outskirts of Georgetown,
Guyana.
The primary function is office facility is to support
it’s off-shore oil exploration business. The project
has a total floor area of approximately 120,000 ft2
plus surface parking.
The project includes a full end user fit-out with a
strong emphasis on security, fire protection &
detection systems.
The facility includes a full standby generation
system and a 1.4MW solar car shading system &
supporting structures, a waste water treatment
plant and full site wide infrastructure works.
