National Indoor Arena, Ireland.
A project by Sports Council Ireland. The arena extends to over 400k ft2 of multi purpose high performance training facilities
catering for up to 26 individual sports. The main facilities include a 200m 6 lane running track with viewing capacity for over 4000
spectators.

Park Hyatt Resort, St Kitts and Nevis.
A project by Range Developments this new resort property consists of 78 Rooms and 48 Suites. The hotel is located on the
southern tip of St Kitts & Nevis at Christophe Harbour. The overall development comprises of an arrivals area, spa, back of house
building & various bar & restaurant facilities totalling 300,000ft2.
We completed the two megawatt MV site wide electrical infrastructure with N+1 standby power generation together with the
entire guest room mechanical HVAC systems and public lighting.

Kempinski Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
A MAF development which consisted of the entire refurbishment of all 400 guest rooms. The hotel continued to trade throughout
the works. The project was completed in an 18 months timeframe over 2 split work phases.
Our scope consisted of new air conditioning systems and in-room technologies as well as new plumbing throughout.
