CONTRACTOR, SUBCONTRACTORS, OR ANY OTHER PERSON
PERFORMING ANY OF THE WORK, OR FOR THE FAILURE OF ANY OF
THEM TO CARRY OUT THE WORK IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
