HARIS . KHAN – Inpatient Support Worker Favourite Memory

St. Michaels Hospital is very special for many

reasons; however, what stands out most is the staff

who work here. I have the privilege to say that I am

the very first Inpatient Support Worker in the

Psychiatry/ Acute care program.

My Favorite Memory would be some of the tasks I

have been assigned to do while being an inpatient

support worker such as:

Accompanying a patient who was admitted over 11

months to a lunch outing off hospital grounds,

attending Tiff Festival / Digital Screening, and

Accompanying patients to another Hospital for

transfer.
