It was a great day when I learned that St. Mike’s was
hiring for this role – the job that I dreamt about for 10
years.
In my first week at St. Mike’s I was hooked. Then the
same happened at St. Joe’s and then at Providence.
Since those first days, my favorite memories are all
connected to working on projects that really impact
patient experience. From supporting the re-distribution
of cell phones to people experiencing homelessness to
setting up Zoom for virtual care, the work is
invigorating.
But I also can’t forget the winter holiday parties with all
of Anne Trafford’s portfolio – they are always epic!
