Operator Facility Rounds

Rounds should include:

✓ First Stop should be at the Control Room to review SCADA displays (by treatment area)

✓ Stops at each treatment process

✓ Stops where totalizers need to be recorded (flow, pump run times, chemical use, fuel use, power)

✓ Stops where routine adjustments are made

✓ Stops where samples are grabbed and potentially analyzed in the field

✓ Stops where composite jugs are collected, or lab samples are grabbed (at some Projects this could

be a Lab Tech function)

✓ Stops where duties are performed (leveling rag or grit dumpsters, recording chemical tank levels)

✓ Stops where chemical pumps are verified as pumping (performing volumetric testing)

✓ Stops at potentially vulnerable pieces of equipment

✓ Stops where routine valving adjustments or pump initiation must be made
