Temperature Conversions
Temperature conversions are unique and require a formula rather than a conversion
factor.
The formula for converting degrees Fahrenheit to degrees Celsius is as follows:
(°F-32) × 5/9 = °C
Using the same formula, rearranged following algebraic rules, degrees Celsius is
converted to degrees Fahrenheit as follows:
(°C× 9/5) + 32 = °F
