Millersville University selected Horst Construction to build its Winter Arts

The 54,000 sf U-shaped addition surrounds the existing auditorium built in • Classrooms
1949, requiring selective demolition to the original building to prepare for • Lounge areas
the new addition and construction of a new stair tower. Excavation of the • Office space
basement mechanical area revealed a previously unknown underground
stream. This lead the construction and architectural team to design an Awards
extensive waterproofing and drainage system to manage the issue. Due to this,
