The owners of the American Music Theatre selected Horst as • 55,000 sf - New Construction
the Design Builder for the state-of-the-art theatre in Lancaster, • Seating for 1,600 guests
PA. Successful advanced ticket sales made a very tight schedule • 56’ stage, orchestra pit, and
inflexible for the American Music Theatre project. Multiple shifts full theatrical fly system
and trades required expert coordination and management. The • Two-story lobby with grand
opening curtain was raised on schedule - just nine months after the staircase
start of construction on this beautiful theatre.
