Major Observations

1. Roads & Pipeline Corridor

a. Poor Housekeeping

b. Dense Vegetation growth (Many trees)

c. Accumulation of oil in storm water canals

d. Waste earth, debris & insulation materials blocking both sides of roads

e. Large no. of usable pipes lying on both sides of the roads

f. Oil filled drums, empty drums,& drums with catalyst

g. Electrical & instrument cables and wooden waste

h. Redundant pipelines, lack of colour coding and stenciling.

2. Tank Area

a. Vegetation growth and trees inside dyke including the bituminous pad
around the tank.

b. Oil spillage & accumulation throughout the dyke, canals, Nozzle area
and mixers.

c. Oil filled drums and other piping materials throughout the dyke in few
tanks

d. Damages in walk way platforms, dyke wall and bituminous pad.

e. Deterioration paint and leaks in fire water sprinkler system.

f. Fulaty Local indication of rador gauges.

g. Accumulation of asphalt and water stagnation in asphalt tank farm due
lack of drain facility.

h. Non Liquidation of Annual External Tank Inspection reports

i. Insulation damages.
