3. Mounded Bullets

a. Vegetation growth around the area.

b. Fencing damages and trespassing.

c. Empty drums in the pump house area.

d. Cooling water stagnation around the pump house due to inadequate
return header.

e. Missing chain & Lock for valves at few locations.

f. Gas detectors are not working at mound top, Tunnels, Pump houses

4. Electrical & Instruments

a. Earth pits damages & inspection due from March-2021.

b. Damages in by pass conductors

c. Gas detectors availability is not maintained, and many were found not
working/damaged.

d. Dressing of both instrument and electrical cables are required.

5. Flare area

a. Dry vegetation and poor housekeeping was noticed.

b. Painting deterioration of flare headers, pipelines and structural

c. Damages in Fire proofing and insulation

d. Construction materials around the flare area.

e. Damaged storm water canal.
