Restaurant situations are always dangerous because of the number of potential
weapons available to assailants – knives, wine bottles, glasses and chairs – and the
limited room to manoeuvre. Do not expect other people to help you; in my
experience the best you can expect is for someone to call an ambulance after it is
all over.
