Seated Defence
Note that the first part of this defence starts whilst you are still sitting. Attempting
to stand without distracting your assailant leaves you vulnerable.
The action of throwing the book into his face will distract or blind him
temporarily, gaining you the split second needed to drive home the front kick.
Standing up whilst he is distracted enables you to launch a finishing combination
with real power behind it.
