Targets and Techniques


             To throw this version, bring your rear leg up and place it behind the front leg.
           Bend the knee of your front leg, pointing it at your chosen target, and snap the
           leg straight. Because your body weight is moving in behind this kick, it is stronger
           than the defensive version.
             The main targets for the lead leg front kick are the stomach, lower abdomen
           and the knee. It is important to remember that all kicks should be withdrawn
           immediately after making contact, otherwise your leg will be grabbed.
