                   ➢  Evaluation, Screening and Approval of E&T Proposals
                              Evaluation and screening of E&T proposal shall conform to the policies and
                              guidelines set by the Universities in pursuance to the priority goals set by
                              the    Local    Government      Units,    Department      of   Science     and
                              Technology(DOST),  Philippine  Council  for  Agriculture,  Fisheries  and
                              Natural Resources Research and Development and Commission on Higher
                              Education  (CHED)  and  other  relevant  agencies  through  Highland
                              Agriculture  and  Resources  Research  and  Development  Consortium
                              (HARRDEC). All General Appropriations Act (GAA) funded extension and
                              training programs of the university shall fall within the identified priorities of
                              the University for the Improvement of instruction, technology generation and
                              human and natural resources development.
