Project monitoring and evaluation should be done periodically in order to assess
the progress of the project/s and identify problems and needs to be addressed for the
continuing success of the projects.
D. Evaluation:
Evaluation reports are submitted one week after monitoring following appropriate
format.
E. Re-planning:
Re-planning of activities is done to discuss results of the evaluation.
F. Impact Assessment (IA)
Impact Assessment is conducted at least 3-5 years after the implementation of the
project to measure the economic, social and environmental changes brought about by
the intervention.
