Non-attendance and participation in University activities is tantamount to being
marked absent. At the start of the semester, there should be class officers elected to help
the instructor in implementing the above norms of conduct especially the checking of
uniforms and attendance during university and college activities, maintaining cleanliness
in the classrooms or laboratories and caring for the college properties. The policies
implemented by the classroom officers is based on the Peer Assistance Leadership
Movement (PALM) Organization which is the mandated organization of the college
governed by its Constitution and By-Laws.
