V. PROVISION OF MATERIALS AND OTHER RESOURCES
In recognizing the no. 1 goal of the university which is Academic Excellence and
no. 4 goal Excellence Public Service and Good Governance, the school is equipped with
facilities and provide services to meet the said goals, these Facilities and Services are
mandated on the IFSU Code Part 5 Student Manual, Chapter 1-General Information,
Chapter 2- Components of the DSSD and Chapter 4- Other Student Service. These are
the following;
The University Registrar
Goals and Objectives
- To maintain an updated registry of student records
- To ensure a systematic and orderly management of student records
- To prepare a periodic report on the statistical data as to enrolment and academic
performance of the students
- To release grades on-line so that each student can access the grades through
individual passwords obtained upon enrolment per semester
Services
- This office prepares and issues the following:
- Transcript of Records;
- Certifications (enrolment, units earned, graduation, completed academic
requirements, etc.);
- Evaluation forms (official list of subjects already taken by the student with the
corresponding grades obtained);
- Transfer Credentials (granted to students wishing to voluntarily withdraw from the
University);
- Authentication of Pertinent Documents
- Diploma; and Rating slips

Library
Goals and Objectives
- The library’s goal is to support the instructional, curricular, research and extension
programs of the University through an organized, relevant and fast delivery of
information services.
- To select and acquire library materials to complement the academic and other
concerns of the University.
- To provide individual and group assistance to readers in the use of the library.
- To encourage reading habit of students faculty and staff by means of current
awareness services.
