-  To  extend  assistance  in  the  procurement  of  study  permits,  student  visa  and
                       extension of stay

                   -  To provide opportunities for growth and development in their new-found home –

                       the University
               Services
                   -  Orientation of foreign students on the rules and regulations of the University

                   -  Student housing
                   -  Assistance in the processing of papers (visas, study permits, extension, etc.)

                   -  Conduct of guidance and counseling for better adjustment (whenever necessary)
                   -  Provides opportunities for socio-cultural growth

               Student Organizations and Activities

                   -  The Student Organization and Activities Services shall be managed by the

                       Section Head, under the direct supervision of the DSSD Director.
               Goals and Objectives

                   -  To enhance the growth of students as individuals and members of the academic
                       community by encouraging the formation of different student clubs and

                       organizations within the University.
                   -  To complement the academic and curricular growth and development of the

                       students through various student projects and activities such as sports fests,

                       academic festivals and the like.
               Services

                   -  Accreditation of student clubs and organizations per school year.
                   -  Monitoring of projects and activities of the different accredited student clubs and
                       organizations,  the  different  University  councils  and  the  Student  Supreme
                       Government.
                   -  Implementation  of  the  Rules  and  Regulations  Governing  Organized  Student
                       Activities (RRGOSA).
                   -  Facilitates  meetings/joint  activities/exchange  of  ideas  among  student
                       organizations.

                   -  Endorsement of student requests for funding (projects, trainings and seminars)
                       and the use of University facilities.

                   -  Approval for posting of promotional materials/advertisements within the campus.

                   -  Recommendation of University – wide activities geared towards the wholesome
                       development of the student – mentally, physically, emotionally, socially, spiritually

                       and morally.
