Where are we today?

Our last meeting held on April 4 , 2022 we met to discuss
“preliminary” floor plans and site designs with our AES Archi-
tectural team, to enhance the original conceptual drawings
submitted to the Town of Newcomb by Chuck Higgerson of
March Associates in early 2021. AES has provided Trophy Point
with a breakdown of our project components (to build list) so
they can provide us with construction cost estimates. These
estimates are required in our pre-construct and construction
phases.
The COVID Pandemic set us back two full years, therefore; this
project was placed on the back burner. Until we have the cost
estimate back from Trophy Point, where we will have an oppor-
tunity to review and sort out the costs, we have nothing to re-
port.
