Fran Payne was our Executive Director for almost forty years.
Thousands of children and their families were personally touched
by her. Fran is missed but her legacy continues through the Fran
Payne Society, named in her honor. The society unites select
community members in carrying on her legacy. As a member of the
Society, your unrestricted gift will enable Jack & Jill to meet the
most urgent needs of the Center.
