the the the word “normalcy”—the sense of comfort calmness not chaotic a a a a a a a a a a a tranquil and secured happiness Deep-down we we we we all have these wishes However how would we we we we we know this if if we we we we we do do do not not pay attention to to ourselves if if if we we we we do do not not frequently contemplate our our our physical body and our our our our mind mind Then it it would be difficult for for us to to perceive the the the true wishes that emerge within the the the depth of our our mind mind Therefore the the the only way for for us to to perceive this is is is by depending on on on on on dhamma practice Give some time time to to ourselves once once a a a a a a a a a a a a week or or once once a a a a a a a a a a a a day one hour each time time Contemplate natural conditions that emerge within our our our our our lives If there is nothing just contemplate contemplate our our our physical body our our our mind contemplate contemplate the the emergence-cessation phenomenon When we we do this we we are accumulating a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a kind of dhamma dhamma perfections perfections (parami dhamma) which is is is called panna parami parami (perfections from wisdom) that will enable us us to exit sufferings more easily This is is is is is because this panna parami for the the the extinguishment of of sufferings—we use use use dhamma the the the the the the Teachings of of of the the the the the the Buddha we we use use use the the the the the the the Law of of the the the the the the the Trilaksana as as the the the the the the the basis for our contemplation We contemplate contemplate the the the the the the the inflate-deflate phenomenon to experience how how they they change how how they they emerge and cease We contemplate contemplate the the the the thoughts
