it: Happiness, unburdenness, unclutteredness, lightness, serenity, softness, gentleness, brightness. Any of these— we can have some or all of these. If we have every kind of ambiance, that will be good. We can live happily; with re ned senses. We will feel stable, comfortable. The experiencing of all natural conditions that impact us—as Than Mae Kru said: Perceive them (natural conditions) through happiness, experience them through happiness. Stand within a sense of happiness; when we walk, walk on a sense happiness; sleep with a sense of happiness, with happiness covering us, with happiness supporting all the impact points.
In the past, she (Than Mae Kru) taught us: Try this—take a sense of happiness and place it at the impact point where we sit—see how it feels. Where are we sitting? Are we sitting on the sense of happiness or on the oor? If we can sit on the sense of happiness, when we sleep, when we prepare the bed, lay down the sense of happiness, then we sleep on the sense of happiness. Try it. When we sleep on the sense of happiness, are we sleeping on the bed or are we sleeping in heaven? Where do we want to sleep? Do we want to sleep on the bed, or do we want to sleep in heaven? We can choose.
Try it—correct? Try this: If we have an ambiance of happiness to support; if we do not feel that we are sitting on the oor, then, where are we sitting? What is the ambiance
