The administration, through the Office of Student Services and in cooperation with the Student Body
Organizations of the Colleges, can articulate the VMGOs by conducting student orientation activities at the
start of every school year.

The faculty can articulate the VMGOs through the distribution of course outlines to students. The course
outlines contain the vision and mission of the University, goals and objectives of the college, as well as
other guidelines and protocols for the students.

3. OUTCOMES

 Result of the research study on awareness and acceptability of the VMGO by the different
stakeholders

The university gives importance to the role of the stakeholders as part of the community. The same
importance is given to their opinions and ideas regarding different issues, activities and important events in the university.
In line with this, they have been tapped to participate in the formulation of the VMGO. An interview was conducted and
random members of the stakeholders and to know their opinion regarding the current VMGO of the university. The
recorded data was used as a guide for the university official to know if the VMGO is well disseminated and if the
message depicted by the VMGO is acceptable and effective for the stakeholders
