In this journey, I have learned that my youngest daughter and I are both severely allergic to gluten as well. Neither
of us have active celiac
disease at this time,
but we both carry
the gene. My other children have di er- ent food allergies that makes cooking quite an adventure in my home.
While serving the celi- ac community, I linked up with Meg, an amaz- ing friend and chef,
to o er gluten-free
cooking classes. Those
classes were such a hit,
that we realized the need to work together, and we created a food allergy gaming app. We recognized the need to help not only those with celiac disease, but those with food allergies, intolerances, or any other restricted food diets. We want to help as many people as possible.
2 Mom’s
Together we are two moms trying to make a di erence in the world. We know how hard
it can be to prepare a meal for multiple tastes, diets, and restrictions and we are here to change that. The Formula Cookbook revolutionizes how families look at cooking and how they can manage all their meal-time struggles, whether it is for people with food allergies, picky eaters, novice cooks or experienced chefs.
