During the 1998 McDonalds
promotion, 250 million
Teenie Beanie Babies were
sold.
An instant success with kids and collectors, demand was overwhelming and
McDonald's continued the tradition of offering Ty Teenie Beanie Babies
annually through to the year 2000.
A Ty Teenie Beanie Babies bear was included in each Happy Meal while
supplies lasted. In addition, many restaurants offered Ty Teenie Beanie Babies
at an a la carte price.
Each of these Ty Teenie Beanie Babies were bears who called to mind the
things that made a trip to McDonald's delicious and fun for kids of any age:
