Kirin to a great extent achieved the strategic and financial
objectives of its Three-Year Plan with a total development
budget cost of £12Million by 2016. These resources were
dedicated to augmenting its production and processes. The
result of which was a more efficient and modern
manufacturing system. This process development fed
directly into Kirin’s international distribution system based
on tapping into local knowledge with associated high-level
