Experience of undertaking this form of approach to

companies proved very successful, some nine out of ten

companies approached agreed to be interviewed. These

interviews were generally, at board level with Chairman and

Chief Executive agreeing to be video interviewed.

The intriguing result from these interviews was the amount

of video footage that became available for inclusion in the

case study, not simply as colouration but as primary source

material. The problem was how to deliver it to students.

The answer was to utilise the emerging technologies as an
information delivery platform
