Does technology make case analysis easier? The obvious

answer would be to say yes. But, as with all advances there

are unintended consequences.

Students have seen tremendous changes in how they access

learning materials, in particular their access, storage and

delivery systems.

changed the way we receive and send communications and

information. The result is that today’s students have grown

up with instantaneous and graphic displays underpinning

their communication flows. The downside is that often what

is offered is sound bite presentations with little or no depth
