Normally, we would start by defining the issue(s) embedded in the case
study (See Diagram 4) and then identify the problems associated with
them. For many students, this can prove problematical, as the words
‘issue(s)’ and ‘problem(s)’ are often seen and used, as interchangeable
which is not the case (See Diagram 4).
