To a great extent performance and ranking are based on the

handling of crises and learning from them. Yet, still, one

scandal followed another since 2008.

Regulatory Authority

Should the FCA be bringing the individuals involved in the

scandals to book. Banks do not make decisions, individuals

working in the bank do. Moreover, many of the individuals

responsible for the GRG scandal will still be working in the

sector and may even be promoted as they move from one

bank to another.
