an ‘independent’ review of Royal Bank of Scotland’s
treatment of business customers in financial difficulty
July 2018 the FCA confirmed that it had no power to
act against the RBS/GRG but said the bank did not
have “appropriate governance, policies, procedures
and processes” in place.
