FIVE FORCES
When constructing any diagnostic tool such as a five-forces
model it should be kept in mind that it is not normally
necessary to explain the development of the model rather it
should be directly applied to the case material under
examination. It is often the case that that not all segments
will have the same number of elements, indeed some may
have none.
