What is the ice breaker case study?

The ice breaker case study is a thought-provoking case

study used to encourage examination of what is

presented in it and to question what is actually being

                     said in the case study.

Questioning can be used to encourage analysis and

from this analysis answers to the questions set arrived
                     at.

extracting what is actually being said, implied or pointed

                     to.

Use whatever tools of analysis may help in this
                     analysis.

Finally, answer the three questions set at the end of the
                     case study.

This case was written by Dr. J.G. Gallagher, Edinburgh Napier University as a basis for class
discussion rather than to illustrate either effective or ineffective handling of a management
               situation.
