Having determined the broad strategic solutions, their
detailed application, and the likely outcomes of their
implementation, three remaining aspects need to be
specified
a) Timing : over what timescale should your recommended
solutions be applied.
b) Responsibilities : who is to be in charge of each aspect of
the proposed changes in firm's operations. Will existing
personnel or organization structure be adequate to the task.
c) Feedback : what provision is there to ensure that future
performance is not allowed to deviate from newly
established aims and standards. What controls or budgetary
systems are necessary.
