               Culture change;

               Implementation

                       will people resist change; is change being reinforced; is

                       a new stability developing

               monitoring changes

                    are further changes necessary; are costs and benefits of

               Having determined the broad strategic solutions, their

               detailed application, and the likely outcomes of their

               implementation, three remaining aspects need to be

               specified

               a) Timing : over what timescale should your recommended

               solutions be applied.

               b) Responsibilities : who is to be in charge of each aspect of

               the proposed changes in firm's operations. Will existing

               personnel or organization structure be adequate to the task.

               c) Feedback : what provision is there to ensure that future

               performance is not allowed to deviate from newly

               established aims and standards. What controls or budgetary

               systems are necessary.
