By combining the materials into a single diagram it is
possible to present the material in such a way that new
interpretations can be drawn from it. For example, the
combined diagrams above allow a juxtaposition of the
critical events, growth in centers, and share price movement
to be examined and the relationships to be explored.
Between 2004-2016 the number of centres were doubled
the result was a loss of managerial control and
performance. This impacted on the share price which
dropped dramatically. The solution was the disposal of
some of the centres and the introduction of
computerisation to gain control of the situation once more.
