Jim accepted the apology but reiterated that he would
not be taking part in the final and that Litan should make
it clear that Jim was not part of the Euro-ATS company
and was not a signatory to the competition application or
its confidentiality agreement. In fact Jim asked Litan
outright whether he had signed Jim’s name on the
application (See Appendix 4). Litan said that he had not.
Nevertheless, Jim informed Litan that he would look at
his presentation (See: Competition Presentation) but
thereafter he would cease to be involved in any capacity
with the company.
Jim made some amendments to Litan’s presentation,
primarily removing his name, but also made some
general observations as follows:
