Non-Disclosure Obligations

5. In consideration of your participation in the Competition

you undertake:

(a) to use all Confidential Information disclosed to you

exclusively for the purpose of participating in the

Competition;

(b) to maintain as confidential all Confidential Information

that you may acquire in any manner;

(c) to inform UKTI immediately if you become aware of the

possession, use or knowledge of any of the Confidential

Information by any person not authorised to possess,
