Non-disclosure agreement

Introduction

1. Thank you for participating in the Exporting for Growth

Competition 2011/12 ("Competition").

2. During the course of assisting with the Competition you

will become a party to information and processes that

are confidential to the Competition Entrants.

3. Accordingly, we request that you countersign this non-

disclosure agreement, where indicated at the bottom, to

indicate that you agree to be bound by its terms.

Confidential Information

4. In this agreement "Confidential Information" means

(a) trade secrets and proprietary information presented by

Competition Entrants at the Exporting for Growth 2012
auditions and finalists’ event. It includes but is not

limited to information relating to inventions, discoveries,

improvements, developments, machines, processes,
methods, techniques, systems, formulae, patents,

blueprints, designs, drawings, layouts, models, devices,

tests or data, computer programmes and software,

compilations, lists of customers, representatives, profit

or profit margins, advertising, promotion or other
